About Me

Hi, I’m Ahmed.

I grew up in a small town known as Hastings-on-Hudson, just north of NYC. In 2017, I moved to Philadelphia to attend Drexel University.

I began college as Computer Science major but soon enough realized that I found myself wanting to know and understand the impact of the products I was creating. I felt detached from knowing how people would feel using these applications. I wanted to go beyond just the code, and fundamentally understand the interaction between people and technology.

I discovered the concept of human-computer interaction and UX design and decided to switch gears. Over the next few years, I became passionate about design, research, and problem solving for people.

My diverse academic and personal experiences have compelled me to have a strong foundation in human-computer interaction, user experience design + research, and information systems. I’m exploring new concepts of human-centered design to create intuitive and frictionless experiences.
